For the past decade, Tim Dockery’s practice has focused on corporate and securities transactions including registered and unregistered debt and equity offerings and the general representation of publicly traded companies. During his career in capital markets transactions, Mr. Dockery has been based in New York, London and Buenos Aires. Mr. Dockery received his J.D. from Fordham University School of Law in 1997 where he was Editor-In-Chief on the Fordham International Law Journal. He received his B.S. in Latin American Studies from Georgetown University in 1992. Mr. Dockery is admitted to practice in New York.
