Robert Zeglarski serves as corporate and securities counsel to public and private growth companies. His clients include junior mining concerns and film financiers.

Recent transactions include:

• $5,000,000 private placement financing by TSX Venture Exchange listed company with rare earth elements (REE) project to execute drill program, resource calculations, metallurgical tests and preliminary economic assessments of the property

• Acquisition of privately held mineral exploration and mining development corporation by Over The Counter Bulletin Board (OTCBB) listed company

• $600,000 loan by financier for private film production secured by a state tax credit

• $1,500,000 private placement financing of collateral for $15,000,000 loan for film production

• $5,000,000 venture capital investment in private chinese energy company

• $10,000,000 private placement financing for film production company to finance slate of feature length films

• $10,000,000 private placement financing concurrent with merger of an Over the Counter (OTC) market listed company to conduct oil and gas exploration

As issuer’s counsel in public transactions, Robert is experienced in Private Investments In Public Equity (PIPEs), Registered Direct Offerings, Direct Public Offerings, mergers and acquisitions.

Robert was elected to a three-year term as Councilman in his hometown. He has taught at the University of South Carolina Aiken where he served as an officer of the Faculty Assembly. Robert holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Wake Forest University, a Master of Science Degree from the University of South Carolina and a Juris Doctor from Seton Hall University Law School.
