Jeremy Kaplan is an associate in the litigation practice group focusing on commercial and intellectual property matters.

Prior to joining Sanders, Ortoli, Vaughn-Flam, Rosenstadt, LLP, Mr. Kaplan was an associate with Bienstock & Michael, P.C., where he represented domestic and international clients in the entertainment industry, including, a large number of musical instrument manufacturers.  In this role, Mr. Kaplan litigated copyright, trademark and general business disputes in jurisdictions across the country and engaged in transactional matters arising out of clients’ intellectual property and business needs.

Mr. Kaplan received his Bachelor of Arts from the State University of New York at Binghamton and his Juris Doctorate from Hofstra University School of Law.  He is currently admitted to practice law in New York and New Jersey well as the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the District of New Jersey.
